    If your city isn’t listed, get in touch. We work with partners in many locations beyond those shown online. Private sessions are typically hosted in a home or studio setting, depending on the experience.

  • Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email, waiver form, calendar invite, and a short questionnaire to help personalize your experience. About one week before your event, we’ll send a reminder email and introduce you to your practitioner so you have all the details ahead of time.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session and secure your date. If you cancel at least two weeks before your event, 50% of your payment will be refunded.

  • We recommend reserving your session 1–2 months in advance to ensure availability and give us ample time to prepare your experience with care. Working on a shorter timeline? Reach out – we’re always happy to see what may be possible.

  • Yes – you can increase your guest count after booking and move into a larger package if needed. Once a reservation is confirmed, package sizes cannot be reduced for a lower price. If your final attendance changes, the session can still move forward as planned, but pricing will remain based on the original booking.
