+ What is Luv Collective?

Luv Collective is a platform to help make it easy for you to book wellness sessions for group events. We work with general events, bachelorettes, weddings, birthdays, and whatever other type of magical gathering you're cooking up. We’ve found that it’s actually really difficult for people to find a great wellness practitioner & experience because you have to go to individual sites, compare pricing, read individual reviews, etc. We’ve taken the hard part out and made an easy booking experience because we're fun like that! We work with incredible practitioners all over the U.S. to help you put on your dream wellness experience. Our whole company is rooted in love - from our mission to what we offer. Aside from being a platform to book services, we’re a community of light workers supporting one another’s wellness journeys.

+ What are the benefits of Luv Collective?

We help you curate the best and most necessary experiences to make your event a mix of bonding, new experiences, and self-care. We carefully choose service providers that are professional, reliable, magical, and talented.

+ How do you choose your practitioners? Are they vetted?

Our practitioners are 100% vetted and are people that we personally would recommend. We have either taken their class, personally practiced with them, or were recommended to them by someone we trust with a lengthy interview process. We make sure each person is of high quality, excellent service, attitude, and reliability.

+ Can I choose my practitioner before the session?

We don't typically share instructor information until the date is confirmed because we go off of who is available for that date. However, if you're curious about who our teachers are in the area, you can send us a note and we can share more information on our team for your designated city. Our practitioners are 100% vetted and we make sure everyone is high quality, personable for groups, and reliable for your session!

+ Who is Luv Collective intended to be used for?

Luv Collective can be used by anyone! Our services can be used by anyone in all types of events, ranging from corporate events, bachelorette parties, girl's weekend, or simply a fun Friday evening where you want to do something new with your friends!


Bookings

+ Where can I use Luv Collective?

You can use Luv Collective all over the world and virtually. We have partners in every city, so reach out if you don't see your city listed on our services page. Private sessions will most often be held in someone's home, or studio space depending on the activity.

+ What happens after I book my package on your website?

You'll be sent a confirmation and waiver form to fill out, as well as an email to personalize your experience and calendar invite. One week before your event, we send a reminder email also connecting you to your practitioner so you have all the details of who is showing up to facilitate your experience.

+ Is there a service charge or tip?

Nope! When you purchase your package or service, your costs are all covered, including the practitioner tip. We don't like hidden fees, either.

+ Why should I pay and communicate only through Luv Collective?

Paying and communicating through Luv Collective helps to ensure that clients and professionals are protected in case of a dispute. Paying outside of Luv Collective can unfortunately result in unreliable transactions, and we can’t provide access to these benefits when transactions aren’t paid for directly through Luv Collective. We’ve also built safeguards into Luv Collective to help keep your information secure. If you communicate outside of Luv Collective, you miss out on these security benefits. That makes it harder for us to protect your info and at greater risk of fraud and other security issues.

+ When do I pay?

A 50% non-refundable deposit must be made at the time of booking in order to reserve your session and date. The rest of the amount can be paid up to 2 weeks prior to the event.

+ How far should I book in advance?

We recommend booking your session at least 1-2 months in advance to guarantee our availability. If you have a shorter time frame, you're welcome to still reach out. We just recommend having ample time to prepare and provide you with the best possible experience.

+ Can I change the number of people in my package after I book?

You can add more people to your session and upgrade your package, but you cannot decrease the number of people and receive a discounted price. Aka, you can upgrade, but not downgrade your package after you've made the reservation. Of course, if less people show up, that is totally fine, but the session price cannot change because of the attendance change.


Cancellations

+ What is the cancellation policy?

We ask for a 2-weeks notice of cancellation for your session in order to not pay the second half of the deposit.

+ Do I need to tip the service practitioner?

Nope, we make the booking experience easy so you don’t have to worry about extra tipping or hidden costs.

+ I know someone whose services would be great for Luv Collective, how can I get them involved?
