Itinerary Breakdown: Olivia's Popstar-Themed Palm Springs Bachelorette & Birthday Getaway
Hot girls don’t gatekeep how they planned their perfect bachelorette/birthday extravaganza! We’re kicking off a new series here where we share the full itinerary of some of the incredible events we plan.
In today’s series, we’re chatting with Olivia Hadreas - a pilates teacher at Studio45 and marketing manager based in Seattle, WA — and most importantly, my bestie. Olivia’s bachelorette party coincided with her birthday weekend, making it the ultimate celebration and weekend of festivities.
As Olivia’s co-Maid-of-Honor and founder of Luv Collective, I had soo much fun designing this experience. Scroll down to skip ahead to the itinerary!
How did you know you wanted your bachelorette party in Palm Springs?
I visited Palm Springs two years prior for my birthday (so the same time of year!), and instantly knew that it was where I wanted to have my bachelorette party! Was I engaged at the time? No! Did that stop me from telling everyone this was going to be my bachelorette spot? Also no! #manifestation :)
To me, Palm Springs is girly and glam, while still having an element of campiness that keeps things feeling fun! From the poolside vibe to the curated vintage shopping, I was instantly sold.
When planning your bachelorette party, what was the vibe you were going for? What did you want to achieve?
My favorite parts of bachelorette weekends (or any girl trips!) are the times the whole group is relaxing together at the house; lazy mornings, recaps of the night before, and plenty of laughing as you retell your favorite anecdotes. Instead of slotting those moments in amongst traveling from event to event, I wanted as much as possible to happen at the house, so everyone could really relax and bond!
As a Taurus, I am no stranger to making rest and relaxation as indulgent as possible, so I wanted my weeked to feel comfy, but catered! To me, this looked like starting the day with intentional moments of wellness, lounging by the pool, and lots of glam girl time at night!
How many people were in your party?
15, including me! It was the perfect mix of family and friends from all stages of my life!
What was the budget per person for the weekend? (excluding flights)
Our goal for this bach was to keep costs within a range of $650-875 for the weekend for everything (accommodations, food, activities, etc!) - and we were able to stay within that limit!
What was your weekend highlight?
We booked a popstar themed house (more details below!), so we knew we had to lean into the theme and embrace our inner divas! On Friday night we all dressed up as our favorite pop star, and each girl picked a walk out song to reveal their costume. It was silly, fun, and so epic to see how creative everyone got!
Where did you stay?
This popstar themed Airbnb!
One thing you’d want to relive over again?
I am so grateful for the incredible female friendships I have in my life, and as we’ve gotten older we know longer see each other as regularly, so it made my heart so incredibly happy to get to look around all weekend and see my very favorite people together!
